Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our thoroughly tested products and are committed to addressing any concerns. Every request will be reviewed thoughtfully and efficiently.
DEFECTS: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email hello@huecalm.us with your order # and a detailed image of the issue within 14 days of receiving your package. We’ll resolve it promptly.
EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges. If a product is defective, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a gift card for the value of the product.
RETURNS: For sanitary reasons, HUE_CALM products are non-refundable. However, we are happy to work with you to offer a variety of alternative solutions to assist our valued customers.
